We are currently looking for an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team at  400+ unit Grandridge Apartments located at 5439 N 100th Plaza Omaha, NE 68134. Experience in leasing and Yardi is a plus-Come make an impact at Monarch and grow with us! 

PAY: $16-$17.00 per hr + aggressive lease commissions of $75 per move-in!

SCHEDULE: M-F 8-5pm and Rotating Saturdays (always Sunday off)

What you'll be doing:

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
