The Regional Roving Leasing Consultant will be based out of one of our many self-owned & managed apartment communities, and expected to travel regularly within the Kansas City area to lease at our other communities as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals in accordance with all applicable laws and company policies at multiple properties within a designated region
- Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy
- Generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in paperwork and procedures
- Assists with the company's ongoing relationship with the residents throughout their tenancy
Knowledge & Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in multifamily leasing
- Must be able to navigate industry software (We use Yardi!)
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines
- Have excellent verbal and written communication
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
- Willing to complete online class training required by Monarch
Travel Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to and from each scheduled shift
- Regular travel between Kansas City properties required as needed
- Must have reliable transportation to and from each scheduled shift
