We are currently hiring a National Traveling Apartment Leasing Consultant to support our communities across 25 states. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys traveling, meeting new people, thrives in different environments, and wants to grow with a company that strongly believes in promoting from within.

Position Highlights
• Paid Travel – See the country on Monarch’s dime: flights, hotels, rental cars, and per diem included of $50.00 per day when working and traveling!
• Awesome pay! $28.00 an hour + Blue Cross Medical starting at $45.00 a month, dental, vision, 401(k) + company match
• $25.00 commissions per started lease
• Up to 15 hours of overtime per pay period typically
• Career Growth – Step into a high-impact role with long-term advancement opportunities
• Variety & Flexibility – 3 weeks on, 1 week off schedule. No three weeks are the same. Work on-site at different properties and regions!

What You’ll Do
• Support leasing teams at Monarch communities nationwide
• Welcome prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents
• Assist with leasing goals and occupancy performance

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in apartment leasing
- Ability to pass a soft credit review
- Valid driver’s license
- Yardi experience preferred
- Ideal candidate lives in the Kansas City, Missouri area
