Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in North Rochester, MN. 
This is a hands on maintenance position at one of our self-owned and managed apartment communities up to 150 units ,with guaranteed full-time hours and on-call rotation only once every 6 weeks!
This position does require building/property maintenance experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 6 weeks to give you a great work life balance!
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!                 
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:  
  • Property/building maintenance skills required 
  • HVAC and/or Boiler experience preferred
  • EPA and/or CPO certifications will definitely stand out! 
  • A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
Compensation and Benefits:  
  • Compensation is $22 - $24/hour
  • The opportunity for an annual raise up to 5%
  • Quarterly bonuses up to $3,000/yr
