Monarch Investment & Management Group is actively hiring a driven, results-focused Roving Leasing Consultant to support several apartment communities across the St. Cloud/Waite Park region. This is a fast-moving, high-impact role focused on keeping occupancy high, supporting onsite teams, and stepping in where coverage is needed most.
 
This position will provide leasing support at the following communities:
 
  • Upper Town Apartments – St. Cloud
  • Park Meadows Apartments – Waite Park
  • Gatewood – Waite Park
  • The Legacy of Waite Park – Waite Park
  • Pointe West – St. Cloud
  • Oaks at Bentonshire – St. Cloud

💵 Pay & Industry-Leading Benefits
  • $18–$20/hour + leasing commissions 
  • Annual performance raises (up to 5%)

🔥 What You’ll Do
  • Lease apartments and drive occupancy across multiple communities
  • Greet prospects, conduct tours, and close leases
  • Manage applications, lease paperwork, and move-ins
  • Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents throughout their tenancy
  • Ensure model apartments and show units are tour-ready
  • Track traffic, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Maintain resident files (physical and digital) in YARDI
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts
  • Step in to support communities during high-demand periods
✅ Qualifications
  • 2+ years of multifamily leasing OR strong customer service/sales experience
  • Proven ability to close leases and drive occupancy
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing compliance standards
  • Tech-savvy; experience with property management software (YARDI preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who can step into new environments and perform immediately
