Maintenance Supervisor - Apartment Community

Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at Olde Town Village in Clarksville, Indiana. This role oversees all property maintenance, make-ready processes, work order management, and a small maintenance team for a multifamily community.

What we offer:
- $27–$30/hr
- Up to $4,000/year in Supervisor bonuses
- On-Call Bonus: $100/week + 1.5 hrs minimum pay for any call
- Holiday On-Call Bonus: $50/day

Essential Responsibilities:
- Complete and prioritize work orders
- Lead full turn/make-ready process
- Paint/stain interior & exterior surfaces
- Maintain and execute preventative maintenance program
- Assist with monthly budget review with the Property Manager
- Perform exterior structural repairs as needed
- Oversee on-call rotation and emergency response
Required Experience
- 5+ years of maintenance experience
- Multifamily housing experience preferred
- Supervisory experience (2+ employees)
- Maintenance oversight for up to 200 units
- Skills in carpentry, drywall, painting
- Plumbing (including sweating copper)
- Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)
Physical skills demonstration required during interview.
