Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at Olde Town Village in Clarksville, Indiana. This role oversees all property maintenance, make-ready processes, work order management, and a small maintenance team for a multifamily community.

  • $27–$30/hr
  • Up to $4,000/year in Supervisor bonuses
  • On-Call Bonus: $100/week + 1.5 hrs minimum pay for any call
  • Holiday On-Call Bonus: $50/day

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Complete and prioritize work orders
  • Lead full turn/make-ready process
  • Paint/stain interior & exterior surfaces
  • Maintain and execute preventative maintenance program
  • Assist with monthly budget review with the Property Manager
  • Perform exterior structural repairs as needed
  • Oversee on-call rotation and emergency response

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience
  • Multifamily housing experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience (2+ employees)
  • Maintenance oversight for up to 200 units
  • Skills in carpentry, drywall, painting
  • Plumbing (including sweating copper)
  • Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)
Physical skills demonstration required during interview.
Pre-employment background and drug screening required.
