A Day in the Life:
As a Leasing Consultant, you are the "face" of Olde Towne Village. You aren't just showing rooms; you’re selling a lifestyle.
- The Matchmaker: Greet prospective residents and guide them on tours, helping them envision their life in our community.
- The Closer: Handle the leasing process from "Hello" to "Welcome Home," including all digital lease paperwork.
- The Hub: Use YARDI to keep resident files organized and assist the Property Manager in keeping our residents happy and engaged.
- The Pro: Maintain a professional, welcoming vibe in the office and over the phone.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: At least 1 year in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating software (YARDI experience is a huge plus!).
- Communication: You’re a "people person" who writes and speaks clearly.
- Bilingual Skills: If you speak Spanish and English, we’d love to talk to you!
- Drive: You’re an organized self-starter who shows up with a positive attitude every day.
