Hiring Full-Time Apartment Housekeeper at Afton Oaks Apartments in the beautiful city of Baton Rouge!

Afton Oaks Apartments has high end apartment amenities and is close to Louisiana State University and downtown Baton Rouge, making it simple to commute to for this full-time role!

This is a full-time stable permanent role that REQUIRES: Valid drivers license and the ability to clear a background check and drug screen.

PAY: $15 an hour with quarterly bonuses up to $750!

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for cleaning all make ready's/turned units for new occupants
• Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
• Spot cleaning/maintaining hallways, model apartments and common areas
• Monitoring clubhouse amenities
• Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping
