What We Offer:
✅ Competitive Pay: $13 - $14/hr (DOE) + Commission on New Leases

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Greet and assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries
🔹 Showcase available apartments and maintain a welcoming environment
🔹 Process applications and lease documents
🔹 Monitor market trends and contribute to marketing efforts
🔹 Enhance resident satisfaction and build community relationships

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Leasing experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!
✔ Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
✔ Excellent verbal & written communication skills

✔ Willingness to complete online training as needed
