• This is a hands-on, working supervisor role, so you must be prepared to handle tickets, turns, snow, grounds, etc.
• 2+ years’ experience in maintenance (with 1 Year specifically in multi-family housing preferred)
• Experience managing/supervising 1+ employees
• HVAC Certification with strong boiler knowledge preferred
• EPA License preferred
• CPO Certification preferred
• Bilingual – Spanish Speaking preferred
