Apache Trace Apartments is actively interviewing for a Part Time/Seasonal Groundskeeper to immediately join our team.  

This position will work 25 hours per week for the duration of the summer season. 

PURPOSE OF GROUNDSKEEPER: The Groundskeeper is responsible for “Curb Appeal” the overall upkeep of the property  landscape and the exterior image. Duties include cleaning of the driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, exterior hallways, or any other public areas; maintenance of property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas.

GROUNDSKEEPER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for daily trash removal from all public exterior areas to include but not limited to dumpster areas, driveways, parking lots, curbs, exterior hallways, playgrounds
• Performs lawn mowing, trimming, edging
• Seasonal cleanup of flower beds, raking, aerating, fertilizing, etc.
• Responsible for light/basic tree and bush trimming
• Irrigation monitoring, clock setting, repair, and maintenance

GROUNDSKEEPER EXPERIENCE:

• Previous Groundskeeping/Landscaping 
• Ability to safely operate landscape equipment
• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
• Ability to work in seasonal weather
