What you’ll do:
  • Handle daily work orders and apartment turns
  • Paint, patch drywall, and do light carpentry
  • Fix plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
  • Work on HVAC (certs a plus)
  • Help keep the property and shop clean and safe
  • Rotate on-call duties with the team
What you’ll need:
  • 1+ year of maintenance experience
  • HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
  • Basic skills with plumbing, electrical, and appliances
