This full time - seasonal position with help make our apartment communities look great while allowing you to enjoy the outdoors! AWESOME SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday dayshift hours 8 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Transportation is provided! No wear and tear on your vehicle and we pay for the gas!
- Pay starts at $20.00 an hour
- $5,000 BONUS based on performance and if seasonal duration of work is fulfilled!
- FULL TIME/Seasonal work with day shift hours
- Paid overtime if earned
- Company vehicle provided and we pay for the gas!
** RESPONSIBILITIES **
- Power washing apartment buildings and helping with general light maintenance duties
** REQUIREMENTS **
- 3+ years of power washing experience
- General maintenance knowledge
- Ability to coordinate a weekly schedule and meet deadlines
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
