Eden Park Apartments is adding to our on-site leasing team due to continued growth at our 324-unit apartment community. If you’re customer-focused, motivated, and ready to build a long-term career in property management, this is your opportunity to get in with a stable, expanding company.
 
Interviews are happening now and this position will be filled quickly. 
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lease apartments and confidently tour prospective residents
  • Deliver standout customer service from first contact to move-in
  • Process applications, leases, and documentation accurately
  • Assist with marketing efforts to maintain strong occupancy
  • Build positive relationships with residents and prospects
  • Support the on-site team with daily leasing operations
👀 What We’re Looking For:
  • Leasing, sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Willing to complete required online training (paid)
No prior leasing experience? We provide training for the right candidate. 
💵 Pay & Industry-Leading Benefits:
  • $18–$19/hour + leasing commissions 
  • Annual performance raises (up to 5%)
