What we are looking for:

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority.
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants.
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications.
• Exterior maintenance as needed.
• Participate in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone (approximately 1 out of every 3 weeks)

What you should have based on experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in maintenance.
• 1+ years in multifamily housing preferred.
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry.
• Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe.
• Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures.
• A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
• CPO & HVAC EPA Certifications preferred but not required

You will be asked to complete a written skills test to assess your skill level as part of the interview process.
