What you’ll do
- First point of contact with those who visit or reach out to the Welcome Center via online, phone, and in-person inquiries to provide information about Wellen Park
- Assess visitor needs, provides relevant and accurate information about the community, its neighborhoods, the homes offered, amenities, retail offerings, and history of the community
- Gathers information from visitors to identify needs and provide information and guidance that assists a home buyer decide to make the community their home
- Record visitor information in CRM database for internal and external reporting needs
- Follow up with prospects to ensure engagement and connectivity with the community
- Follow-up with prospects to further help them understand neighborhood offerings, stay up to date on the community’s development, and to provide them with resources and information that helps them continue their home search and make informed decisions
- Supports administrative and clerical aspects of the Welcome Center
- Assist with daily opening and closing tasks to maintain a clean, neat, and presentable Welcome Center
- Utilize all available marketing resources in order to promote sales within the Wellen Park communities
What you bring
- Minimum 2 years of previous customer service, retail, or hospitality or public experience preferred
- Work Schedule: Part-time: 25-28 hours per week
- Must be able to work at least 2 weekend shifts per month
- Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is preferred; or a willingness to learn
- Basic understanding in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated customer focused orientation
- Exceptional organizational, time management and planning skills
- Able to multi-task and manage time well with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with ability to work well in a team environment
- Able to work within a team in a fast-paced, changing environment
