Due to our continued growth, we’re now looking for a AML Manager to join our high performing team.

As our AML Manager you will...

  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor AML Leaders, Project Coordinators and Analysts on a day to day. Encourage a strong team culture of continuous learning, development, skill enhancement and career growth, as well as integrity and compliance within the team.
  • Performance Reporting: Take ownership of management and performance reporting, providing regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response rates, customer satisfaction, efficiency indicators, and team engagement. Strive to exceed departmental KPIs wherever possible.
  • Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and departments in the organisation, as well as service providers, to achieve collective goals and deliver on strategic projects and initiatives in a compliant manner.
  • Process Management: Oversee the daily operations of the AML team, ensuring that all processes are well-organized, efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement to enhance the team's effectiveness.
  • Operational Roadmap: Collaborate closely with the Head of AML to build and deliver a strategic operational AML roadmap and oversee the successful implementation of other projects.
  • Incident Management and Guidance: Respond promptly to urgent AML-related incidents or escalations, offering guidance and resolutions to the team.
  • Regulatory and Best Practice Awareness: Stay updated with evolving AML regulations and industry best practices, ensuring the team's compliance knowledge is current.
  • Legal Collaboration: Collaborate with the company's legal team to address any AML-related legal matters or investigations.
  • Technology Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of new AML technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budget Planning and Resource Allocation: Provide input into budget planning for the AML department, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities.
  • Reports to the Head of AML.

Your areas of knowledge and experience:

  • 2 years previous leadership experience is a must, with the ability to to guide and mentor AML teams effectively.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in AML, alongside an understanding of relevant AML laws, gaming regulations, and compliance obligations.
  • Being flexible in a dynamic regulatory environment and adapting to changes in AML procedures and best practices.
  • Balancing AML compliance with maintaining a positive customer experience!
  • Upholding high ethical standards in handling sensitive AML information and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Employing logical and objective reasoning to assess AML risks and make informed decisions.
  • Being proactive in staying updated with AML trends, industry best practices, and emerging threats.
  • Great time management, attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with AML softwares, JIRA, Tabluea, Zendesk.
