Due to our continued growth, we're now looking for a Technical Compliance Analyst to join our high performing team.

As a Technical Compliance Analyst you’ll join a team of all rounders with various backgrounds but who share a unique passion for technology and compliance. You’ll act as a second line of defense to ensure that the regulated product for the Central Europe region adheres to applicable laws, regulations and guidelines. We're currently looking for Technical Compliance Professionals who will be responsible for different territories, like Central Europe, North Europe, South Europe, but also Canada. 


What will you be doing:

  • Master technical compliance requirements for Europe and UK area (e.g. Central Europe, North Europe, South Europe), ensure that all the internal tools are up to date with the latest applicable version of the requirements and provide interpretation and guidance as appropriate.
  • Deliver technical requirements to the Product and Tech organization and review designs against compliance.
  • Contribute to promoting a compliance culture within the organization.
  • Be highly involved in technical audit activities.
  • Reports to the Senior Technical Compliance Officer.
  • Support and closely cooperate with the Compliance team to address findings and incidents.
  • Contribute to improving and consolidating the Compliance posture of the Group.
  • Support the internal teams with replies to technical compliance queries.
  • Monitor and assess changing requirements in new and existing markets and ensure timely analysis and announcements.

Our perfect Candidate has:

• A degree in the STEM fields or any subject which can support the role
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in the compliance space from the online gambling industry.
• Expertise in relation to the technical implementation of regulatory compliance requirements
• Understanding of the Agile methodology and Change management are a plus
• Previous experience in regulatory reporting, and understanding of data models of Safe servers is a plus
• Fluent in written and verbal English language, knowledge of one or more European languages is a plus
• Well-organized and detail oriented
• Self-driven and able to work independently
• Proactive and with a positive attitude
