Position at LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group

We are looking for a Business Controller that wants to be a part of our journey. You will play a crucial role in our continued expansion phase to ensure that we maintain high-quality management reporting, budget, and forecasts.

The goal is to continue to expand internationally and search for new opportunities so that we can grow and eventually create the world’s greatest iGaming experience. You will work closely with, and report directly to the Head of Business Control, and will be placed in Stockholm, Sweden. We are a global team with fantastic colleagues located at our different offices in Malta, UK, Italy and the Netherlands.

We trust that you help us with: 

As a part of the groups Product & Tech entity, you will be supporting the Product & Tech departments as well as be responsible for the budgeting, forecasting and follow up processes for our supporting functions. You will advise and partner with the organisation to increase understanding and insights into financials and create actions for further improvements. You will, with the Head of Business Control, work on developing and elevating the budget, forecast and follow up process with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and automation. Together with key stakeholders in the organisation we expect you to create value and drive business profitability through strategic analysis.

You will help us to structure and align our processes and ensure that we work in a scalable way and have an accurate presentation of the financial data. 

Contribute to the growth of LeoVegas by delivering high quality financial data and create business value by working closely with the organisation as Business Partners.

Do you have experience in this? 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in Business Control. 
  • Proven experience from working in large organisations with follow up, budget creation, forecasting, process improvements and business partnering.
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to challenge managers/stakeholders.
  • You are an adaptable and agile person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a self-starter with a problem-solving approach and strategic mindset.
  • Strong Excel & PPT skills. Experience in analytics & business intelligence is a merit.
