Due to our continued growth, we're now looking for a Display & Programmatic Manager to join our high performing

What you will be doing: 

  • Plan and execute display programmatic, youtube, and direct display campaigns with external partners across all markets (DSP: Adform/Google Ads/DV360)
  • Daily optimisation of campaigns, budget planning, and strategy recommendations
  • Work closely with other departments including Country Managers, Design, Content, CRO, APP, PPC and CRM teams to provide the best campaign performance.
  • Setup, run and analyse A/B tests of banners, LP's and new programmatic solutions
  • Presenting the results of carried-out activities at team meetings and monthly presentations for Country Managers and higher management if needed
  • Ability to recommend the next steps to improve the performance of the campaign and being up to date with the current solutions and strategies available for the market
  • Training and Help in day-to-day work for team members with less experience
  • Competitors' research and analysis to identify room for improvements in markets in terms of banners and display solutions
Our perfect candidate has:

  • Ideally, 2-3 years experience in display programmatic field
  • Good knowledge of the following DSP's and Ad Servers: Adform, Dv360, Campaign Manager, Adform ad server
  • Experience in working with external partners/publishers
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards like Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills, confidence working with numbers, and ability to present and explain the results and next action points
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive mindset, and open to learning new things
  • Fluent in English, any additional language is welcome
  • Experience in working with Banner Flow is a plus
  • Experience in the gaming sector is a big plus but is not required
