Due to our continued growth, we're now looking for a Retention Manager - Nordic Markets join our high performing team.
As the Retention Manager for LeoVegas’ Nordic markets, you will lead a team of dedicated CRM experts, driving data-driven CRM strategies while delivering the World’s Greatest iGaming Experience to our players. You will play a key role in optimising your markets’ local CRM strategies, leveraging automation, personalisation, and analytics to enhance player engagement and value.
As our Retention Manager you will...
- Lead and develop your own CRM team; by giving regular feedback on performance and development, and identify training needs.
- Be the owner of all customer touchpoints and lifecycle stages, through Adhoc, Journeys & Automation, Onsite Campaigns; leveraging emails, sms and onsite messaging.
- Report, monitor and react to your markets’ performances, and in collaboration with your team make necessary daily adjustments to CRM plans to meet your commercial targets.
- Leverage automation to deliver relevant and engaging content and campaigns throughout the entire player lifecycle.
- Leverage personalisation through data and tools to improve players' experiences.
- Report on performance of and continuously optimize ongoing campaigns with focus on improving underlying KPIs that leads to increased player engagement and value.
- Drive incremental campaign improvements through rigorous and continuous AB testings, and apply learnings.
- Deliver cost effective campaigns by taking ownership of the bonus cost and its continuous optimization.
- Nurture strong internal collaboration with internal teams; CRM Hubs, Country Management, Marketing Production, Business Analysts and Data Scientists.
Your areas of knowledge and experience:
- Experience in managing a team of your own.
- Fluent in English and have exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
- You are passionate, motivated and self-driven, demonstrating a “can do” approach.
- Deep understanding of how KPIs interconnect, allowing you to effortlessly drive your local markets by leveraging data-driven opportunities.
- At the core of your expertise lies a strong data-driven mindset, showcasing your proficiency in manipulating, interpreting and presenting complex datasets to extract valuable and actionable insights.
- Bachelors’ degree in Data Science/Data Analytics/Statistics/Mathematics/Marketing or equivalent work experience – an advantage.

Hybrid Working
At LeoVegas we have introduced a hybrid working environment that enables our employees to come together and collaborate in person, whilst offering ongoing flexibility to work from home. We all work from the office two days per week, and three days at home.
