ABOUT THE ROLE

 

Our Workplace Experience Team is now looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our high performing team.

 

You will be part of a passionate and skilled team with the aim to provide the greatest employee experience. The role is global and you’ll work with tasks impacting everyone at LeoVegas Group. This role requires you to be fluent in English & Spanish, and will be an office based role for 20 hours per week.

 

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 

  • Greet & welcome guests as they visit the Office.
  • Ensure the reception & office area is tidy & presentable.
  • Booking transport and accommodation for any employees, customers, suppliers & guests
  • Receive packages, deliveries & letters.
  • Log any company registered post.
  • Sending any registered company mail & parcels.
  • Managing  & keep track of office supplies & ensure it is always stocked,
  • Managing orders such as groceries and office supplies & ensuring that they are always stocked.
  • Helping with setting up onboarding packages.
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date.
  • Taking care of office-related insurances.
  • Supporting in Budget
  • Sending Invoices for Finance approval by your Lead.
  • Brief HR Knowledge

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • A friendly, approachable, and highly organized person with a passion for people and workplace culture
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Sheets & Docs
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

NICE TO HAVES

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-growing or tech environment
  • Knowledge of basic workplace health and safety protocols
  • Event planning or internal communications experience.
