We are currently seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our Customer Onboarding Team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding process for our global customer base across all our brands.
As a QA Engineer on our Customer Onboarding Team, your primary goal will be to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies in the customer onboarding journey, guaranteeing a smooth and trouble-free experience for our customers.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you will actively engage with cross-functional teams, including Software Engineers, Test Automation Engineers, Product Managers, and our Engineering Manager. Together, you will work towards refining the onboarding process, streamlining workflows, and identifying opportunities for enhancement to maximize customer satisfaction within our multi-brand gaming platform built on microservices.

As a valued member of the Customer Onboarding Team, you will actively contribute to enhancing our customers' onboarding experiences by ensuring the quality and compliance of our processes. You will collaborate with Software Engineers, Test Automation Engineers, and Product Managers to ensure the reliability and quality of our platform.

Do you have experience in this?
- Knowledge of Automated Testing.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java is a plus).
- Strong understanding of API testing methodologies and hands-on experience with tools like Postman.
- Familiarity with Git, Kafka, Jenkins.
