Due to our continued growth, we’re now looking for a Customer Support Team Leader to join our high performing team.

As our Customer Support Team Leader you will….
•    Reviewing agents’ performance regularly.
•    Participating in the recruitment of new team members.
•    Taking responsibility for the team’s schedule accounting for operational work hours, vacation and sick leave; creating and maintaining schedules for agents in the markets for which you are responsible.
•    Reviewing statistics and reports on a day to day operations and make recommendations to optimise the team's efficiency.
•    Assisting the Marketing Department and country Managers with local promotions and be updated on activities in the local market.
•    Ensuring that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt responses and solutions.
•    Work closely with other departments such as the Payments & Fraud, CRM or Tech to solve customer queries.
•    Follow processes and procedures to make sure that available resources are used efficiently.
•    Helping to create and maintain an effective and positive working environment.
•    Focus on delivering the team and departmental KPI's daily.
•    Managing tasks and projects with a data-driven and holistic approach.

Your areas of knowledge and experience:
•    Excellent spoken and written language skills in English and Dutch is essential.
•    Minimum 6 months leadership and iGaming experience, with excellent communication skills
•    Great motivator and listener to improve the performance of your team
•    Coaching and mentoring abilities to help the team members to achieve set performance goals
•    Be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time without errors and mistakes
•    Be flexible when it comes to working hours
•    Experience from technical roles within the gaming industry, and comprehensive knowledge about the LeoVegas product is considered an asset.
•    Have internal knowledge regarding in-house competence in order to know where to escalate tricky issues
•    Strong work ethics
