ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Workplace Experience Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our Warsaw office, pivotal in shaping its transition from a co-working space to a brand-new, fully renovated office in central Warsaw. You will ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently, fostering a vibrant and engaging work environment for our employees.

Reporting to the Employer Branding and Workplace Experience Lead based in Stockholm and collaborating with the dynamic Global Workplace Experience team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Warsaw office, build relationships with external vendors and partners, and organise events that enhance the employee experience. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our Warsaw team's growth while aligning with global initiatives to create a cohesive and inspiring workplace culture.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 

   Ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Warsaw office, including managing supplies, budgets, and facilities.

   Collaborating with landlords and suppliers to maintain a high standard of office facilities.

   Planning and executing office events, including weekly and monthly gatherings and global meet-ups, in alignment with global teams.

   Managing health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.

   Providing support to the HR team in relocating, onboarding, payroll, and training initiatives.

 

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

 

        Proven experience in office management and event planning.

        Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.

        Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.

        People person with a natural ability to provide exceptional service.

 

NICE TO HAVES:

 

        Experience in a global company.

        Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

        Proven experience in the hospitality sector.
