Our team has the overall responsibility for the IT platform and the IT support Engineer is the user facing role that supports the entire company to create the greatest gaming experience. 

You will work closely with cross functional teams and specialists in IT to ensure that users in the organization have functional and working IT hardware and software. This includes world class IT on/off boarding and user IT support 

We continuously focus on improvement and automation where the support engineers play an important role. Internal IT is in an expansive phase and will give lots of opportunities for learning new technologies and growth in the field of IT.

#CONTINUE TO BUILD OUR IT SUPPORT
You will be responsible for resolving IT user on/off boarding, resolve issues and support in an accurate and timely manner. As we are focusing on improvements and automation you will be part of relevant projects.

#CONTRIBUTE TO BUILD THE “BEST IT-TEAM IN THE INDUSTRY“
You will be a part of the IT department contributing to have the best IT solution and support for the organization to create the best iGaming experience.

Do you have experience in this? 

  • Provide support for all IT related issues
  • OS installation, troubleshooting problems, configure hardware and software
  • Knowledge of patch management systems
  • Having knowledge to prevent security threats
  • Familiar with HelpDesk ticket System
