We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner for our office in Malta on a temporary basis for one year.

As our HR Business Partner you will…

  • Collaborate with leaders across several departments to support, advise and provide guidance on matters mainly in employee relations and develop action plans together.
  • Create a trusting environment where coaching and feedback are essential.
  • Keep up to date with Malta employment legislation and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct exit interviews, compile data to see trends in turnover, and partner with leaders to identify opportunities to influence employee retention rates.
  • Be part of a global HR team to oversee, improve, create and implement new HR policies and procedures.
  • Drive HR-related projects such as training for new employees and leaders, performance management, culture and others.
  • Have an agile approach, and be able to respond quickly to changes.
  • Understand the business, assist in analyzing change impact and effectively manage the business through challenges.

 Your areas of knowledge and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HRBP role supporting leaders in HR-related matters. 
  • A  degree in Human Resources or equivalent is an considered to be an asset but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills in English 
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced and high growth environment.

At LeoVegas we have introduced a hybrid working environment that enables our employees to come together and collaborate in person, whilst offering ongoing flexibility to work from home. We all work from the office two days per week, and three days at home.
