Due to our continued growth, we're now looking for a CRM Manager for Regulated Markets to join our high performing team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Manager to join our team. As a CRM Manager for Regulated Markets, you will be responsible for developing and executing our Spanish CRM strategy across multiple channels. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that our CRM programs are aligned with our business objectives and deliver a superior customer experience.


As our CRM Manager you will...

  • Develop and execute our CRM strategy, including segmentation, targeting, and personalisation tactics to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty for the selected market.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that our CRM programs are aligned with our business objectives and customer needs..
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Create and maintain customer journey maps, ensuring that every touchpoint is optimised for customer engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our CRM programs and identify areas for improvement..
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our CRM platform, including data management, list segmentation, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM and apply them to our strategy and programs.

Your areas of knowledge and experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM or related field..
  • Your Spanish language level is native and your English language level is fluent.
  • Experience with CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passion for the casino industry and a deep understanding of the casino market.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
