Due to our continued growth, we're now looking for a CRM Development Manager to join our high performing Commercial team.

As the CRM Development Manager - Commercial, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty by leveraging data insights to deliver and lead self-discovered and group-initiated projects.

You will work closely with the CRM Director and the Leadership Team to achieve the short and long-term objectives of the department.

The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated and proactive individual with meticulous attention to detail. You will be results-oriented, a proven CRM expert who is customer focused and possesses strong commercial awareness, and analytical skills. .


As our CRM Development Manager - Commercial, you will...

  • Extensive experience working in Data, CRM, or Marketing related roles.
  • Effectively manage projects by utilizing excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Commercially minded, data literate with strong analytical skills, and comfortable in using raw data to draw useful conclusions and make decisions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Data Platforms (e.g. Tableau) is essential.
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming industry, previous experience in similar roles, and passion for Casino products, or other Gaming products.
  • Deal with multiple demands at once and adapt to changing requirements at short notice within a busy department and business environment.
  • Work to tight deadlines on own initiative and under pressure to deliver results to meet the needs of stakeholders.
  • Interact with a range of different departments and build strong cross-departmental relationships.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly with all levels of staff both verbally and in writing.
  • Make sound, logical decisions and have the drive to see projects through to completion.

Your areas of knowledge and experience:

  • Proven expertise in CRM, with a track record of successfully delivering projects and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Self-driven and proactive, taking the initiative to identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how CRM efforts impact business objectives and revenue generation.
  • Results-oriented mindset, constantly seeking to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in deliveries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
