ABOUT THE ROLE               
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Compliance Specialist to ensure our Sportsbook platform meets regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions. In this role, you'll work with product teams, developers, and regulators to maintain compliance while delivering a top-tier betting experience. If you have a strong technical background and experience in iGaming or sports betting compliance.


YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:       

  • Mastering Sportsbook product compliance requirements primarily for the Northern Europe and LatAm regions (e.g. Denmark, Sweden, Brazil) with the possibility of further expansions, ensure that all the internal tools are up to date with the latest applicable version of the requirements and provide interpretation and guidance as appropriate;
  • Delivering technical requirements to the Product and Tech organisation and review designs against compliance;
  • Contributing to promoting a compliance culture within the organisation;
  • Being highly involved in technical audit activities;
  • Mentoring and managing team members as required;
  • Supporting and closely cooperating with the Compliance team to address findings and incidents,
  • Contributing to improving and consolidating the Compliance posture of the Group;
  • Supporting the internal teams with replies to technical compliance queries;
  • Monitoring and assessing changing requirements in new and existing markets and ensure timely analysis and announcements.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Essential skills:
 
  

  • A degree in the STEM fields or any subject which can support the role.
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in the compliance space from the online gambling industry.
  • Knowledge in sportsbook product from compliance perspective.
  • Expertise in relation to the technical implementation of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of the Agile methodology and Change management are a plus.
  • B2B expertise.

Nice to have skills:   

  • Previous experience in regulatory reporting.
  • Understanding of the Agile methodology and Change management.
