ABOUT THE ROLE
As LeoVegas Studios Games Producer, you play a key role in steering, shaping & evolving the in-house games strategy to ensure delivery of strong performing, high quality, casino games across our group brands. In collaboration with the studio team(s), you will manage games from idea to market. It means you get your hands dirty in all aspects of a game to craft and shape it the way it needs to be, all the way through the process; From market insight, concepts, design, sample prototyping, creation & development, testing and validating, promotion, launch, operations & support, and finally the product end of life.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Generating creative & innovative game ideas, concepts and mechanics
- Identifying market gaps by researching, playing and studying slot games; In addition to monitoring market & competitor trends with insights to product performance.
- Defining and evolving product ideas, based on business needs and requirements.
- You will be the bridge between the Studio Team, Dev Team and Project Managers, overseeing what experiences we build, why we build them, and managing the delivery of them to our players.
- Ready to work with all aspects of the product – development, math, compliance, marketing and sales.
- Establish roadmaps for game experiences, aligning with the broader goals of LeoVegas, whilst being the customer advocate, understanding the customer needs.
- You will be responsible for the successful realization of new games from concept to launch, with a production time of around 3-6 months.
- Create and maintain game design and game design documentation, also game client requirements and documentation.
- Contributing to and participating with feedback in all game ideas, concepts, prototyping and other feedback/status iteration sessions during the entire production cycle.
- Constantly play the game(s) and test new features while in development to ensure they meet the quality standards set forth by the studio team to-date.
- Analysing performance data from the marketplace to help identify future game mechanics and industry trends.
- Create an excellent player experience and continuously improve our slot games production.
- Reviewing the game with quality and consistency in mind and providing constructive feedback.
- Analysing games performance post-launch and providing insights about customers’ behaviour.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- A passionate Game Producer with experience in the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of game production lifecycles, from concept to launch, with knowledge of player expectations and market trends in the iGaming sector.
- Ability to take ownership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes, attention to detail, and the ability to find creative solutions to production challenges.
- A collaborative and approachable communicator, capable of working effectively across disciplines and influencing both internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals.
- A down-to-earth personality, eager to grow, adapt, and continuously learn.
- Strong problem-solving abilities paired with an optimistic, forward-looking mindset.
