Due to our continued growth, we're now looking for a Display & Programmatic Team Leader to join our high performing team.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Display & Programmatic Team Leader to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Programmatic Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will lead a team of programmatic specialists and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful campaign outcomes and achieve business objectives.
As our Display & Programmatic Team Lead you will :
- Lead and manage a team of programmatic specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive their professional growth and maximize team performance.
- Develop and execute programmatic advertising strategies in collaboration with the country marketing teams to achieve campaign goals and maximize ROI.
- Oversee the planning and execution of programmatic campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, bid management, and creative optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data and competition activities to identify opportunities for improvement, provide actionable insights, and implement optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Teams, including marketing, analytics, and creative, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and platforms, negotiating contracts, evaluating performance, and ensuring effective partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement streamlined workflows to enhance team efficiency
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and professional growth
Your areas of knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications in programmatic advertising or digital marketing are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong understanding of ad tech platforms, demand-side platforms (DSPs), data management platforms (DMPs), programmatic buying and optimization techniques.
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team to achieve goals.
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data from ad serving platforms and analytics tools to drive data-driven decision making.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, ad formats, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Hybrid Working
At LeoVegas we have introduced a hybrid working environment that enables our employees to come together and collaborate in person, whilst offering ongoing flexibility to work from home. We all work from the office two days per week, and three days at home.
