What you will be doing:


The Data Product Manager will play a key role in gathering, interpreting, and translating data needs into actionable insights while supporting the development and troubleshooting of dashboards. This role requires strong communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.


The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, senior data engineers, and
operational leadership to ensure smooth operations and the successful management of
data products. Your responsibilities will include:


● Serve as a liaison between data teams and stakeholders to understand data
needs and challenges, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project
goals.
● Take detailed and accurate notes during meetings, integrating key insights into
data product documentation and updating requirements accordingly.
● Ensure product feeds, release notes, and scheduled reports are accurately
updated and communicated to stakeholders and partners.Troubleshoot data-related issues, working alongside senior data engineers and
stakeholders to ensure dashboards and data products function smoothly.
● Support data products by addressing stakeholder and partner feedback,
managing product configurations and strategies, and assisting IT with user
support.
● Led short-term projects, defining requirements, overseeing development, and

managing the project from release to release.
● Communicate technical data issues and solutions clearly, and non-technically to
stakeholders.
● Provide feedback on data inconsistencies, supporting the development and
troubleshooting of dashboards.
● Collaborate with strategy and product teams to ensure effective implementation
and smooth operation of data products.
● Work closely with operational leadership and management to resolve issues,
providing clear explanations of data product functionality and outcomes.


Requirements & Qualifications


To excel in this role, you should possess:


● 2+ years of experience in project and/or product management.
● Fluent in English (C1 level or above), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Experience with executive-level communication and presentations.
● Experience defining requirements using Confluence or similar systems.
● Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data and problem-solving.
● Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is preferred.
● Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
● Technical product management experience is a plus.
● Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail.
● A collaborative and curious attitude towards data management and analytics.
