IT Support Engineer

Are you a tech enthusiast eager to support a dynamic and diverse team? LeadVenture is looking for an IT Support Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and has a passion for technology. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our engineering teams, corporate departments, and the technology infrastructure in our India office.

Here is what you’ll get to do:

  • Be the first point of contact for Tier 1 & Tier 2 tickets, providing timely support and escalating advanced issues as needed.
  • Offer support for users in India and Europe, handling a wide range of IT helpdesk requests and escalations.
  • Monitor, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on technical infrastructure, including customer-facing systems and cloud-based services.
  • Keep our office and cloud infrastructure running smoothly by participating in its upkeep and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records in internal systems, ensuring everything is well-documented.
  • Assist with various IT projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our infrastructure.
  • Monitor internal and external system events, responding efficiently and effectively to ensure service availability.
  • Take ownership of odd jobs and tasks, ensuring timely resolution, whether handled personally or by coordinating with the right team member.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills to communicate effectively with team members across regions.
  • Expertise in supporting, troubleshooting, and deploying Windows 10 & 11 operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Cloud Services such as Azure, Office 365, Exchange, and Intune.
  • Some proficiency in managing Microsoft Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and Hyper-V.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles and concepts, with experience troubleshooting common networking issues.
  • A proactive mindset with strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT from a recognized university.
