If you’re energetic and have experience leading a successful sales team, this could be the role for you! This is a hybrid position supporting our Headquarters in Lake Oswego, OR, working closely with our BDR team and broader sales organization.
We’re looking for a hands-on, high-impact leader who is eager to get on calls with their team, coach in real time, and demonstrate what success looks like in cold calling and lead generation. This role partners closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive the creation of highly qualified pipeline and consistently improve outbound performance. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and plays a critical role in developing our next generation of sales talent.
 
 
Here is more of what you’ll get to do:
• Motivate, train, and coach BDRs to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals
• Lead from the front by actively participating in call coaching, live call shadowing, and hands-on development
• Develop and implement best practices for outbound prospecting, messaging, and lead generation strategies
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to align on campaigns, ICP targeting, and pipeline generation initiatives
• Identify, evaluate, and hire top BDR talent to continue scaling the team
• Review customer calls and provide consistent, actionable feedback to improve performance
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates to drive data-informed decisions
• Enhance processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and results across the team
• Maintain accountability across the team, including performance management, attendance, and productivity expectations
 
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
• 3+ years of B2B Sales Management experience (preferably within SaaS or leading a BDR/SDR team)
• Proven experience coaching and developing a team of 10+ reps through 1:1 mentorship and structured training
• A passion for prospecting, outbound strategy, and building scalable sales development processes
• Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing leaders
• Strong systems orientation with experience using CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, Gong, and dialers
• Excellent organizational, communication, and people leadership skills
• A player-coach mentality with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead by example
