Position at Infostretch

We’re looking for a digital content and communications marketing manager who will be responsible for leading our external content and communications activity in the UK, working closely with the UK territory manager, recruitment and other stakeholders across the business.

You’ll join the corporate marketing team at an exciting time as Infostretch progresses with ambitious growth plans around the world. Your charter will be to expand the Infostretch brand (both commercially and employee) across the UK whilst supporting the business development and recruitment goals in the region. You will have proven experience in understanding key messages, developing content and delivering impactful and engaging campaigns to deadline and on budget. Organised and calm under pressure with a can-do attitude, you will enjoy managing multiple demands at once and interacting with stakeholders of all levels across the business.

Primary Responsibilities:  
  • Strategize, build and execute a plan to drive brand awareness in the UK market
  • Develop, deploy and measure social media campaigns
  • Develop fact sheets, blogs, published articles, client case studies, videos etc for awareness, sales enablement and recruitment
  • Strategize, plan and coordinate local events such as Meetups, Conferences, etc
  • Provide regional and national PR activities including press releases, awards, media interviews, byline pitches, etc
  • Track and report on ROI on programs and initiatives  
Requirements (Need to Have): 
  • Have prior experience focused on driving brand awareness programs and/or recruitment programs with developed content and assets
  • Experience of working in the IT Services space 
  • Ability to define a digital strategy/plan specifically in the UK region 
  • Technical expertise, understanding of paid social campaigns and comfortable with data 
  • Exceptionally strong writing, presentation and verbal communications skills, with the ability to clearly and simply articulate concepts, messages and strategies
  • Passion for results, measurement and optimization to continuously drive ROI 
  • Must be extremely well organized and detail-oriented with ability to deliver the right message at the right time 
  • Be a self-starter, highly motivated, flexible and energetic 
Requirements (Nice to Have): 
  • Experience in recruitment brand marketing 
  • Design skills with Adobe creative suite, Advanced PowerPoint skills and experience using SharePoint 
  • Photography and video editing skills 
  • Interviewing skills that then translate to clear, compelling content  
  • Website/CMS skills
