Mandatory and Basic Qualifications
Python design and development experience
API Development and Frameworks experience (e.g. Restful services, Microservices, Enterprise Service Bus, Messaging & Streaming Technologies)
Cloud native architecture, development & deployment (AWS)
Serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, etc…)
SQL / NoSQL database experience (e.g. PostgresSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB…)
Dev Ops Pipelining Tools experience (e.g. GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins…)
Monitoring and Application performance tools (e.g. Cloudwatch, Elk, Splunk, etc…)
MLOps technologies - MLFlow

Desired / Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in job offered or a similar role
Experience with organizing and communicating with global teams
Proven communication skills to technical & non-technical resources
Experience working with technical team members in a global model
Previous working experiences within Life Sciences environment
Good understanding of SDLC and/or Agile project management methodology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work in a high pace environment and with aggressive project schedules
Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff and executive management
Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational activities
Fast learner with the ability to quickly master new applications and develop domain knowledge
Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
Passion to contribute to high-quality services and solutions
Team player comfortable to work in an international and culturally diverse team
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with ambiguity
Must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, and positive attitude and perform as a team player

Responsibilities
Complete hands on development of key platform capabilities
Collaborate with other developers on the platform working across various domains of Digital Health
Participate in code review of contributing developers on the platform to ensure quality and consistency in standards
Complete performance tuning and participation in performance testing capabilities within the domain
Draft and review architecture related items with lead platform architects
Review security related items with Global Security
Collaborate with BAs on functional design related issues / questions
Participate in Functional testing, Integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing for technical support
Provide input on estimates for new demand
Participate in Digital Health team technology alignment sessions that ensure the regional IT teams are developing code and sharing reusable components efficiently
Exhibit self-motivation, enthusiasm, and positive attitude while performing as a team player across the region and global teams.
Help set up a co- development environment to enable Global IT team and regional IT team to work together and develop solutions
Make decisions on what to build, what to adapt and what to customize in collaboration with global IT and regional IT teams Development
Design and Develop code across all projects
Strong understanding of development process, hands on development experience and expertise
Translate business requirements and source system understanding into code
Work with remote projects teams using the Agile project methodology for development activities
Drive system architecture and coding standards
Collaborate with other developers on the team to resolve architectural issues/technical blocks
Ensure coding standards are followed at all times
Participate in code reviews
Create technical documentation for all new or modified components
Lead unit testing and fixes and write scripts for validation
Troubleshoot and carry out/ assist with root cause analysis
Communicate with technical and non-technical users
Strong sense of accountability
Strong analytical thinking, communication and problem solving skills
