Position at Infostretch

As a Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, qualifying, assessing, negotiating and closing candidates to fulfill current and forecasted requirements.  You will be tasked with finding top talent in various information technologies.


  • Understand the client’s needs and respond urgently by recruiting effectively and in a timely manner
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Recruiting Managers
  • Utilize proprietary database, job boards, referrals and other creative means like internet sites, social sites, personal network and knowledge-base to identify qualified candidates for contract and full-time opportunities.
  • Present job opportunities to potential candidates and negotiate competitive pay rates
  • Prepare the candidates for client interview process
  • Maintain relationships with consultants and build new candidate leads

Job Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of IT technical recruiting experience, agency or corporate
  • Must be strong on effective utilization of available job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster to source and screen candidates.
  • Expertise in sourcing profiles across various Technology skills
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements at a time
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the industry
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to work hard
  • Must be results oriented with a drive for success
  • Must be a creative thinker and a good negotiator
  • Good to have experience in University Recruitments
  • Experience in full lifecycle recruiting in US Staffing domain

Locations: Any Apexon/Infostretch office location or vicinity.  

Base Salary + Plus commissions + Benefits
