Job Description & Qualifications

 

Role:  Sales Development Reps (SDRs)

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Location - Remote/Chennai

Role & expectation:

  • Develop/maintain a strategic and operational sales plan based on market research, analysis of the company for assigned territory 
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
  • Create a pipeline of high-value accounts - develop and implement strategies for expanding the customer base
  • Meet or exceed Sales Goals – Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly
  • Create winning sales plan working with solutions team that meet customer requirements and company objectives
  • US Market experience Mandatory

Requirements:

  • Any degree
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in professional services outbound sales in US Market
  • Proven track record of growth and should have generated new businesses and related pipeline management
  • Hungry for Success & Growth
  • Excellent executive-level presentation and listening skills
