Role & expectation

·         Develop/maintain a strategic and operational sales plan based on market research,  analysis of the company for assigned territory 

·         Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads

·         Create a pipeline of high-value accounts - develop and implement strategies for expanding the customer base

·         Meet or exceed Sales Goals – Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly

·         Create winning sales plan  working with solutions team that meet customer requirements and company objectives



·         Engineering degree or MBA

·         Minimum 8+ years of experience in professional services sales in US Market

·         Proven track record of growth and should have managed $2-3 million of revenue creation and related pipeline management

·         Hungry for Success

·         Excellent executive-level presentation and listening skills
