Technology Project Manager
Description
- Lead workshops related to business vision & strategy, acting as a technology solutions consultant across broad operations functions.
- Prepare our regional distribution network for key company initiatives around WMS implementation and adoption.
- Drive efficiency in distribution to offset existing labor shortages and increase capacity.
- Research, scope, and implement digital technology for training new members, tracking skill sets / knowledge, and reskilling existing members.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to support project execution at our four distribution center locations.
- Minimum of 5 years of formal project management practice, including executing software and hardware projects across multiple sites.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing and distribution environment.
- Experience/Knowledge in Continuous Improvement tools (preferred)
- Engineering, Technology, Computer Science degree or related field and 7+ years of experience (Or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Engineer, and 5 years as a Project Manager handling large capital projects across multiple sites related to technology development, design, and implementation.
