Maintenance Technician
Description
Pay Range: $27.22/hr – $40.66/hr *based on experience and skill level
Scheduled Shift
- Rotation: 3 days on 2 days off and 2 days on 3 days off
- 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and facility systems
- Performing scheduled and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Assisting with equipment builds, modifications, and installations
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Tracking repairs and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with production, engineering, and fellow maintenance team members
- Robotic work cells and automated production equipment
- Electrical systems including 120V–480V circuits, motors, and controls
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems such as pumps, valves, actuators, and compressors
- Fabrication skills including welding, cutting, and basic machining
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Using computer systems for diagnostics, CMMS, and maintenance record-keeping
- Applying strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Working independently while contributing effectively in a team-based environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or a related field
- Associate degree in equipment maintenance, industrial technology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related mechanical trades
- Technicians may progress by expanding technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, automation, or multi-craft maintenance
