The Gigamon Biz Apps team is looking for a system-savvy, critical thinking self-starter to join us as a Senior SFDC Analyst. You will join a lean yet highly productive team that strives for cross-functional excellence in maintaining our core Business Applications and processes to support our corporate initiatives and achieve operational efficiency. In this role you will be responsible for solving some complex operational problems and help our internal teams to work more efficiently and effectively. Your initial areas of focus will be supporting the Sales, Marketing and Demand Gen teams to achieve systems and process improvements, primarily in SFDC and its integrated core apps such as Traction Complete and other marketing tool. You will closely partner with the subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify areas of change, and then use your skill sets to translate them into business requirements, build buy-in from stakeholders, and own the implementation by working with internal and/or external development teams. You will also partner with Sales, Channel, and Services teams for additional integrated projects for internal and community users.  
What you’ll do:  
  • Partner with SMEs to obtain a deep understanding of current business processes.  

  • Make data-driven decisions and recommendations for systematic process improvements. 
  • Become the subject matter expert on existing Gigamon SFDC functionality, integration, and limitations.  
  • Provide day-to-day support with ownership of SFDC to the Marketing, Sales, and Demand Gen team super users. 
  • Own the SFDC implementation board for the Demand Gen Ops, serving as the primary point of contact between business and IT development resources.  
  • Manage the requirement intake process from grooming to solution delivery. 
  • Work with the business stakeholders to gather and document system enhancement requests and then with the IT development team to design and accept solutions.  
  • Organize user acceptance testing and support change management efforts.
  • Own the re-implementation and maintenance of Lean Data for lead-account matching and routing. 
  • Additional responsibilities as needed 
      
What you’ve done:  
  • 5+ years of experience in an internally facing Sales or Marketing Operations role 
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing SFDC implementations 
  • Salesforce administration certification or equivalent experience is required 
  • Lean Data experience preferred. 
  • Experience and track record of successfully identifying and eliminating root-causing issues and implementing future-proofing solutions backed by thorough analysis. 
  • Experience in collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholders to make sound business decisions.
