Sr. Salesforce Analyst - Mexico City - Remote
Description
- Collaborate with SMEs to gain a comprehensive understanding of current business processes.
- Make data-driven decisions and propose systematic process improvements.
- Become the go-to expert for Gigamon’s SFDC functionality, integrations, and limitations.
- Provide daily support and ownership of SFDC for our Marketing, Sales, and Demand Gen team super users.
- Lead the SFDC implementation board for Demand Gen Ops, acting as the primary point of contact between business needs and IT development.
- Manage the requirements intake process from initial discussions to the delivery of solutions.
- Gather and document system enhancement requests, working closely with our IT development team to design and validate solutions.
- Organize user acceptance testing and support change management efforts.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed. What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales or Marketing Operations role that works internally.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing SFDC implementations.
- Salesforce administration certification or equivalent experience is essential.
- Familiarity with Traction Complete is a plus.
- A strong ability to identify and address root causes of issues, implementing forward-thinking solutions based on thorough analysis.
- Proven experience collaborating with and influencing various stakeholders to make informed business decisions. Who You Are:
