The Opportunity 
 

The Contracted Recruitment Coordinator will assist with a variety of recruitment duties including applicant management, candidate screening, and ensuring a high-quality experience for all candidates. SESI continues to grow and we’re looking to hire an exceptional recruiter who will play an essential role in fueling our growth with extraordinary talent.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

Include the following. Other duties as assigned.  

  • Collaborate with Recruitment Managers to understand the hiring needs, candidate profiles, and qualifications for their portfolio of programs/schools 
  • Review applications for school-based roles including assistant teaching, teaching, and specialized services roles 
  • Manage logistics of virtual hiring events & ensure candidates have all the information needed 
  • Conduct phone interviews 
  • Recommend candidates for final interview using normed evaluation guide & rubric 
  • Manage candidate workflow within the ATS and track data 

Qualifications  

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience  
  • Recruitment experience in education/related field OR Background in education or teaching strongly preferred 
  • Exposure to HR processes, such as interviewing and evaluation   
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail  
  • A track record of strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
