How You'll Be There for Students:
- Be Their Advocate, Difference Maker, and Mentor: Your role is pivotal in guiding and empowering students to achieve their best, utilizing our proven curriculum and ongoing support to fulfill your passion for teaching.
- Activate Learning: Customize lesson plans to meet individual student needs, ensuring clarity in learning goals and facilitating connections across lessons.
- Foster Empowering Classroom Culture: Create an environment that promotes critical thinking, growth mindset, and student ownership of learning.
- Develop and Refine Expertise: Engage in continuous learning and skill improvement through training sessions, feedback, and coaching.
- Document Student Learning Exposure and Outcomes: Maintain accurate data on student progress, attendance, and academic outcomes.

What We'll Need From You:
We're seeking an exceptional educator with a knack for leadership and a passion for nurturing student success. Here's the essence of what you'll bring to our team:
- Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor and supervise teachers, ensuring high-quality educational delivery and professional development.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Strong communication skills to collaborate with school staff, manage stakeholder relationships, and address program implementation and improvement.
- Program Management: Experience in overseeing program quality, achieving student success, and contributing to the growth and renewal of contracts.
- Administrative Acumen: Competency in handling reporting, compliance, and instructional support, with a keen eye on detail and organization.
Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, with at least two years of supervisory experience.
- A valid teaching license, preferably in New York, with a strong preference for candidates with Special Education experience.
- Proficiency in remote teaching technologies.
