POSITION SUMMARY:
The Funding Coordinator focuses on the back end (post-install) submissions by collecting payments for all projects. This includes customer escalations and collaborating with dealers, internal departments, and finance companies. The Funding Coordinator processes and/or collects all post-install payments for all of Freedom Forever's solar projects, regardless of the finance company. The position is responsible for efficient and accurate submissions based on the Company's scope of work for each project, improving the productivity of field representatives by dealing with customer queries and fielding calls. Funding Coordinators contribute to the quality of customer service and the achievement of Company and department targets.

- Work with Finance Companies to submit documents and verify customer and system specifications
- Check all the finance portals and CRM to ensure that customer's details, prices, product quantity, and numbers are accurate before submission
- Answer all incoming phone calls from customers in a timely manner; confirm data accuracy in documents, finance portals, invoices, and CRM.
- Remain up to date on project stages and statuses
- Follow up on aging projects and maintain secure financing through extensions, project progress, and interaction with finance partners
- Provide updates to Operations, Sales and customer records to reflect project statuses
- Contact clients to obtain missing documents or answer queries
- Dispatch service calls and escalate project needs per customer requests and for funding purposes
- Communicate important project information between finance partners, sales, and operations
- Communicate important feedback from customers to management
- Ensure processing targets are met and report any deviations; track and report on all outstanding balances due while keeping all departments accountable by communicating action items accordingly.
- Provide support to Sales Support and Dealer Partners to help reach the team's objectives; dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Graduate or GED
- Proven work experience as an administrator or Sales support agent
- High organizational skills
- Ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS (Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work.) If required to travel, must have a valid Driver's License/Insurance and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
