Interconnection Coordinator
Description
- Complete and close out all project-related tasks for the Interconnection
- Work daily on the backlog to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for the Interconnection
- Constantly communicate areas of improvement to upper management
- Monitor project progress and problem solve projects that may run into setbacks
- Provide exceptional customer service in a demanding environment while maintaining a high level of accurate record keeping
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Graduate or GED
- Minimum of 0-6 months professional experience in customer service, coordination, or project management
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the solar industry
- Some experience working directly with utilities services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Confidence, drive, enthusiasm, and a sense of responsibility
