- Foster and maintain strong relationships with finance partners to ensure effective collaboration, timely funding, and escalated problem resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the Funding Supervisor to develop and implement training materials for coordinators and senior coordinators.
- Deliver regular updates on key performance metrics to management, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and solutions.
- Proactively engage with finance partners and internal teams to optimize funding processes, ensuring high approval rates and exploring opportunities for process improvements.
- Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle in relation to finance needs, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and addressing any issues or delays.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and other departments to address escalated issues and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Act as a secondary escalation point for complex customer inquiries and concerns, providing prompt, professional resolutions.
- Manage aging projects, Finance Partner Rejections, and maintain secure financing through extensions, project progress, and interaction with finance partners.
- Report on processing targets, deviations, and outstanding balances, ensuring accountability across departments by communicating action items accordingly.
- Provide mentorship and support to Senior Coordinators and Coordinators, assisting in achieving team objectives and fostering skill development.
