FloSports is looking for an experienced people manager to lead our Enterprise Business Applications team, who work across the organization to lead transformational change and own strategic projects that help the organization meet our company goals. This includes defining objectives and priorities for their team, evaluating the impact and tradeoffs of all decisions, and ensuring measurable results are achieved. The team is focused on process improvement, tool implementation, system administration, and improving analytical decision making within multiple teams and departments. Our ideal candidate will have deep experience with operational business systems and databases along with experience fostering a team culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and empowerment.  


  • Lead our business transformation department in a data-driven and results-oriented environment and ensure they deliver top-notch outputs and value
  • Identify, scope, and deliver operationally transformational projects across the organization which align with strategic company goals
  • Recognize and frame opportunities in a structured, analytical way to clearly communicate options, risks, and trade-offs
  • Collaborate cross functionally to inspire change by identifying and implementing the best ways of working across the organization
  • Oversee the management of multiple projects at once, ensuring key milestones are met and benefits are achieved
  • Provide alignment across multiple teams through analytical decision making and project management
  • Be a change management champion across all levels of the organization
  • Stepping in to project manage or assist in building critical pieces of infrastructure when necessary
  • Analyzing bottlenecks in processes and identifying the largest areas of opportunity to scale how efficiently the company operates


  • 8+ years of experience in cross functional project and program management driving technology transformation
  • Strong background in systems and database management with at least 3 years of experience with the or similar platforms
  • Analytically driven: comfortable leveraging multiple reporting tools to support decision making
  • Ruthless prioritizer
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams, building consensus across the organization and working closely with leadership
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environment with limited direction and simultaneous project
