THE ROLE:
FloSports’ Business Systems Administrators are on the front lines for scaling and streamlining FloSports’ operational processes across the organization as the company grows. This role is responsible for breaking down barriers between departments, gathering workflow feedback from FloSports employees, and scoping out solutions to improve the day-to-day operations of the company. This is a technically focused role which requires strong skills in best-practice Salesforce administration or supported business systems, cross-team communication, analytical abilities, and technical savviness. Experience working within Salesforce, Service Cloud or Sales Cloud, automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato), and project management tools (e.g.Wrike, JIRA, Confluence) is a must. Also has experience with third-party integration applications such as DocuSign, Ascent or others.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute the technical delivery of projects to alleviate bottlenecks, improve data quality, raise employee NPS, etc., using a combination of technology, process improvement, and close partnership with Business Transformation Program Managers
  • Build declarative, low-code solutions on FloSports’ Salesforce platform or supported business systems; integrate and automate commonly used Salesforce middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Celigo, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Engineering to design and implement to design native API processes
  • Contribute to every stage of the SDLC, including appropriately scoping technical tickets from gathered requirements, to building solutions in sandboxes, to testing your solution with stakeholders, to successfully migrating those solutions to our Production environment
  • Become an expert and trusted advisor in the business and technical workflows of each of the teams you support and proactively identifying areas for improvement
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce-related or supported business systems, technical issues as they arise
  • Engage with third-party vendors throughout the build-or-buy process for solutions you choose to implement
  • Analyze technical inefficiencies and identify the largest areas of opportunities to scale the company
  • Understand the metrics driving success for each team and assisting with reporting + analysis, when needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 
  • 1+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or supported business systems supporting the Salesforce platform, service cloud or sales cloud. Certifications are a huge plus
  • 2+ years of experience working within professional services or the tech industry.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a cross-functional role, with the ability to work with analysts and/or business stakeholders to clarify requirements before solution implementation and the ability to work with fellow Salesforce Administrator teammates to administer scalable, efficient solutions.
  • 1+ years of experience with API, middleware, and automation platforms (e.g., Celigo, Zapier, or similar)
  • 1+ years of experience working in process optimization and improvement ideally in a cross-functional environment.
  • Able to seek clarification on user requests to understand their underlying true needs, instead of simply building temporary solutions.
  • Experience building custom objects and configuration in Salesforce
  • Experience in vendor requisition and evaluation for build-or-buy solutions.
  • Experience implementing new technology and new solutions across an organization
  • Excellent prioritization of work: must have the ability to independently prioritize tickets to reasonably meet project deadlines.
  • Analytically focused: using data to help guide what kind of solution you choose to build
BONUS POINTS: 
  • Salesforce Certifications: Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator
  • SQL knowledge / experience with data visualization platforms and best practices for storing and organizing data architecture from within Salesforce
